These shoes are made by Betula based on Birkenstock soft footbed designs and are produced under licence to a high standard other licensed suppliers include Alpro Shoes, Birkenstock Tatami and Papillio Shoes.

Betula shoes are typically designed to be contoured to your foot and give it the proper support needed to keep your feet comfortable throughout the day. There is little doubt in the minds of anyone that your feet are one of your most valuable assets and they need to be cared for properly in order for you to go about your daily life without issues. When it comes to the comfort and care of our feet, we haven’t done so well for ourselves over the years and it is time for that to change.
The first part of good foot care is of course buying Betula shoes since they are orthopedically designed to conform to the shape of your foot. This is assisted by the materials used in the construction of the shoes which are actually designed to mold to the shape of your foot as they warm up. When you buy these shoes, it will take several days for your feet to get accustomed to the shoes however it does not take nearly as long for your feet to break these shoes in as it does a typical pair of shoes.
The next part in caring properly for your feet is good foot hygiene. Your day should begin with washing your feet thoroughly in warm soapy water and drying them thoroughly before putting on your shoes. You should also put on clean socks or stockings every day as well. Many women will typically remove their stockings and put them up to wear another time. If you are going to do this, they should also be washed thoroughly with warm soapy water and then rinsed and dried properly before wearing them again. Keep in mind that your stockings or socks shouldn’t be tight on your feet or this can create some of the problems that we encounter as well.
You should properly cut your toenails regularly. They should be cut straight across and never with the contour of your toes, because improperly doing them can cause ingrown toenails. It’s important that the toenails being properly maintained in order that the Betula shoes continue to fit correctly. Otherwise they will do little good for your feet.
